Animal Care Center (airport) has the best vet (Verona) and she is worth every penny we pay her. Animal Care Center is definitely not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. She’s never once misdiagnosed my animals. I can’t say the same thing for vets around the area. So we will continue to see her and trust our animals care to them.
They are kind and caring with my dog. I trust they are putting my fur baby's best interest at heart. I think it's great that they are trying to be a fear free place for pets. But, the amount they charged (over $100) for doing next to nothing during my dog's exam was outrageous. My dog has been to a load of doctor appointments and has become hyper-sensitive to veterinarians and assistants. It can't be easy for them but I would appreciate a charge for only what they do not a flat rate. Other than that I have no other complaint... read more
Kat was an amazing resource this morning in directing us to urgent care for our pup, Aggie! We called numerous vet clinics and Kat took the time to point us in the right direction. We will definitely consider coming here in the future, thanks to Kat.
They're great, always willing to work with my pet that does not love car rides. Have given advice on how to help make it not so scary for them. They listen and are honest about my cats health and wellbeing. Will keep going as long as I can
