I have been bringing my Sampson to Dr.Alford since he was a pup and he is 13 now. WE love ACC so much!
This office is number one in my book! They have taken such good care of my two older cats which seem to be getting very needy as they are growing older. I will not take my animals anywhere other than this office! Such a great team.
Dr Alford and Dr Parker are both fantastic!! We love them!! The techs in the back are all very friendly and knowledgeable!! ❤️ There’s a newer lady (couple of months or so) at the front desk who is VERY rude and sarcastic, both in person and on the phone! It’s a shame we have to encounter all that... every single time... if you don’t want to provide customer service, please switch professions. :)

I recently took my Cat Banshee to Dr.Alford I knew something was wrong but I didn’t know what. Dr.Alford examination Banshee and knew within minutes what was wrong with him. Now just 3 days later Banshee is back to his old self and feeling much better! Thank you Dr.Alford and Staff for staying past your closing time on Saturday to take care of my fur baby! You guys are awesome and I recommend you all to everyone!
Everyone here is so very sweet, the Doctors have always been so kind and patient with me and my fur babies (and children when I have to take a car load of dogs and kids). I would absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Dr Alford called me after a procedure to let me know personally my babies were doing fine and he even himself said” Your puppies are doing just fine”. Both dr’s are amazing. First Time I went I was treated wonderfully I now drive out of my city to see them. I couldn’t ask for better care with my fur babies
