We love the staff here! They have always been super kind! We bring all of our animals here for their routine care, surgeries etc. there have been 2 times where we had a few issues. One was we dropped our chihuahua off to be spayed and I called to check on her a few hours later and they proceeded to tell us the surgery went great but she had been pregnant. Of course I was in shock because my dog hasn’t ever gotten out and they fixed our male dog 6 months prior. They should hav… See more

I don’t have enough good things to say about Dr. Alford and his team at the Animal Care Center. My sweet baby Mufasa (16 years YOUNG) has been a frequent patient over the past few years and has always received the best possible care imaginable. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve called the ACC having a total panic attack and have been able to get Mufasa in that very same day. You cannot say that about a lot of vet clinics. Not only that, but Dr. Alford and his staff truly make you feel like your concerns are ... read more

10/10! From getting my dog neutered to getting a dental cleaning and a couple teeth taken out due to a playing accident. Animal Care center has been there every step of the way. Their Vet even called me back on weekend hours to assure me that my dog would be okay and that they would get him taken care of. They also have the best prices around!!

In May , I took my cat in to be looked at for urinary and behavior issues she was having. After bloodwork and an ultrasound, it was determined she had bladder stones. We were given a new diet for her to try (changing her food, along with my other cat was by far the hardest part haha), and to come back in a month to see if there were any changes. There weren’t, so we scheduled surgery for two weeks later. About a week into the two week wait for surgery, she got worse, couldn’t keep anything down, fever, really lethargic...I c... read more

Doc Alford and his staff are just like family. They take the time to listen to us crazy fur baby parents. They also always make time for community rescue animals. Most importantly they are honest even if the truth is not what we want to hear. We love our vet!!

My poor 'ol Pup, Chassie has been thru it this year. Hurt foot and allergies. Animal Care Center has gotten her in to see them every time, even though they are solidly booked. Dr. Alford has even called about her welfare at 8pm. They take such good care of our babies. I'm so thankful that we have the best vet and staff in our little town.
