We took our Shih Tzu in for grooming, met with the groomer and explained exactly what we wanted: not too much off, still fluffy. She never indicated she had no idea how to groom a Shih Tzu or had any intension of listening to me. When I picked my poor baby up I was shocked. She looked like a cross between a terrier and a schnauzer & practically shaved. I was speechless. Her excuse was it was "the longest guard I had" Really? I have always used ACC & PCC for all my babies. The Doctors and Staff of these two clinics go above and beyond to help their patients. Their caring and patient professionalism is the best! I trust them whole-heartedly with my 'kids'. Many thanks to them all, especially Dr Wheat, Dr Bubrig, Dr Downing and Dr Tamor for your help with my Bella, I know that you all tried so very hard to make her better, but time, age and weight was not on her side. My 13yr old dog was real sick... Dr. Downing saw her first, giving her a thorough exam, and referred us for ultrasound. We found out Molly's gallbladder had to be removed and Dr. Wheat came in to do it since we could not afford LSU's prices. Molly was in great post surgical care with Dr Brewer and the rest of the AMAZING compassionate staff and doctors here. I am so thankful for you for saving Molly's life.

I just got back from bringing my 4 month and 5 month old puppies for an emergency visit with Dr. Tamor. They were bitten by a snake in my backyard and I was frantic, as they looked horrible and were crying in pain. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and her vet tech. She was called out at 9pm to help me, and they both were caring, patient and very concerned about my sweet babies. They calmed me down and took such great care of my pups. Love them! This is the epitome of a caring veterinarian's office!
