We have taken our Border Collie mix Tux to Animal Care Associates for veterinary care since last summer. We used their boarding and kennel services for the first time this week. He stayed five days and was happy and well cared for while we were gone. Dr. Tackett and staff do a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.
LOVE Animal Care Associates! The staff is incredibly friendly and understanding and they take such good care of my fur babies! Love their affordable boarding, and all the staff! I will definitely recommend ACA to anyone that needs a vet. :)
Animal Care Associates is a wonderful veterinarian clinic! They take great care of my two bunnies, Henry and Callie, and have really saved us when Henry was extremely ill with GI stasis. Henry was neutered here in August and both of my bunnies come in regularly for nail clippings. ACA is the ONLY office in the area that I would trust with my bunnies. Horrible services. Unresponsive to requests for medication refills, pet without medication for several days. Ordered cat food which took 3 weeks to come in. Staff answering phones is rude and sarcastic. Placed on hold for 10 minutes, when I called back I complained about being placed on hold for 10 minutes. their response was well give me two and a half seconds and I'll be right back with you and then I was on hold for another 10 minutes. We will be finding another vet.

We've been with Animal Care since Dr. Gunnoe first opened on Jefferson Road and have never considered any other vet service in the area. Have always been treated with professionalism, understanding, patience and compassion. Animal Care Rocks!!
