Best pet store in town. Prices are great. They are not over inflated like other pet stores in town. Great knowledgeable staff. This will be my new pet store.

Today Mike helped me Aquascape my 36” long tank and it is beautiful! All the staff is very knowledgeable about the fish and animals there. They also have some exotic animals! This is definitely the best pet store!
Have worked closely with Mike on a number of deals with different fishes and have been very well taken care of.
Outstanding store for freshwater fish and plants. Mike was super knowledgeable and a good listener when it came to understand g a customer's setup. Look forward to shopping here for years to come.

I LOVE this place! Cheyenne is such an amazing worker! I look forward to seeing her every time I walk in! Everyone who works there is so nice and its like they know everything about animals! Every time I go to ask someone a question they give me the best help they can, even if they are hard at work! I would with out a doubt recommend Animal Ark over any other place: Petsmart, Jays Jungle, Petco, etc.

This is my must go to pet store. The staff is amazing and so so sweet. They always help me with anything I need and go out of their way to make sure the animal is going to a good home. Every animal I have bought from them has been extremely healthy and very tame. Whether I am purchasing an animal that day or getting a feel for an animal I'm purchasing in the future, they go out of their way to help me out and figure out what I need. Love the variety of stuff involving high quality planted tanks they have to offer. Also unique fish I haven't seen before. It is quite the trek since I'm in West Jordan, but if I have time I won't be going to another fish store!

I used to go to this pet store when I was younger, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I have since been three times in the last 3 months with the intent to buy fish. All three times I have never been greeted, or asked if I needed anything. Today, I was the only person in the store, standing in front of the fish tanks with two workers behind the desk. Not even a hello. I couldn't give my money to them. So disappointing. I won't be returning.
