This is an excellent store we have bought many animals here and they are in pristine condition. The store workers also have a crazy amount of knowledge. I definitely recommend this place
Animal Ark Orem is my go-to pet shop for almost everything I need as a reptile keeper. They have the best selection of reptile foods, supplements, lights, decor, etc. that I've ever seen in one place, and they just. keep. getting. BETTER! Thank you, Animal Ark, for raising the bar.
Animal Ark is the best pet store around. We drive down from Heber because we refuse to go to Petco. They are always so friendly and helpful. We’ve been down there twice in the last week and they have been so personable both times. Joseph was such a big help and spent a good amount of time with us just to answer any questions we had. We absolutely love Animal Ark and would recommend them to anyone.
I absolutely love there selection of fish and the staff there are very knowledgeable about what fish are good with one another!
Animal ark is awesome! Im currently a biology major and I wanted to start a small, planted aquarium or aquascape. The staff here is super friendly and helpful, and Mike, the owner, really does know his stuff. They helped me get everything together and mike spent a fair amount of time explaining how to get started and which plants to use. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they hooked me up with a great set up for my chameleons!

Great service, very knowledgeable staff, I love this place all the animals are healthy and happy the store is clean with a great selection of products. Only “pet store” I go to now.
Mike was extremely helpful and spent a bunch of time explaining things I need to know about Planted tanks. It was well worth the drive from Salt Lake. There is a large selection of Aquatic plants to choose from and there are even tissue culture plants. The fish selection is more varied than any pet store I've been to in Utah with good pricing.
