RecommendedI have used AA for close to 12 years now for spay/neutering and vaccinations. I have always been very pleased with the care my pets have received. Yesterday I had to use AA for the euthanasia of a beloved pet under horrible circumstances. I can not say enough about the understanding and compassion my family and pet received from everyone that was involved. This is not just a business but all of the employees care about the people and pets that they treat. Thank you all for everything that you do.
I’ve come here for 3 yrs for my dogs annual exam and vaccines. Blood work done last week prior to her getting her teeth cleaned found severe kidney failure. I was referred to a “full service vet”. My vet told me that there is nothing that can be done now for my dog. I thought by getting an annual exam, any & all necessary tests would be done or at least offered/suggested. Not my sweet Sadie doesn’t have long to live due to lack of proper blood work being done at annual visits. I’m very angry and hurt.
