I am a Veterinary Technician and both of my dogs have allergy issues that turn into raging ear infections. I wanted to find out what is causing the allergies not just treat the symptoms. I have very high standards of customer service and medical care and I was very pleased with Dr. Randall and her staff. She started my 8 month old puppy on a limited ingredient food trial and on Day One I caught my son feeding her Goldfish crackers! � This is going to be a long 6 weeks lol!

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Animal Allergy and Ear Clinic. Every employee that works there has been a huge part of getting my dog Daisy back to optimum health. Daisy recently had a flare up with her allergies, like any dog-mom I was worried sick. Cathy was so helpful getting Daisy in the same day that I called. We were seen by Dr. Hasbach, she’s was great. I am a medical provider and this clinic is not only unprofessional, they lied about the services they could provide to get me in for a visit (causing me to drive my cat 40 minutes each way for no reason) and they did not provide any diagnosis. This "specialty" clinic did the same exam the first three generalist vets did and didn't give me anymore info. Oh Dr. Randall, what can I say. She is an absolutely great doctor. And, I say doctor not vet because she shows the care and love to each patient she sees. Nothing makes my heart warm more than to see the attention she gives my beloved Sadie Mae. You can tell she loves what she does and who can ask for a better recommendation then that. Dr. Amy Randall travels to North Carolina from time to time seeing patients. Someone recommended her to us for our Wheaten Terrier who had suffered with severe skin infections for over 5 years. We had taken him to different vets including a holistic vet.
