I know it is difficult to see your child in pain but these nurses know how to handle it. They walk in and give the shot and leave you to tend to your child and they do not get offended by it. I know at first it may seem cold but after a few appointments you will see. I also LOVE Dr. Thampy she is AMAZING with my daughter and the new doctor is also AMAZING. Great doctor but bad everything else As a Doctor she is great, what's not so great are the office, waiting time, and staff. I have taken my kids to her for five years and dread going because the office is really boring with nothing entertaining for the kids. I can understand toys not being present since they can spread germs (something that is not good for a Doctors office) but at least a tv should be present to entertain the kids especially since wait times are long. I agree, she is great We've been going to her for 2 years now and she is wonderful. I do agree that some of the front desk staff were rude but when we went in Fri, most were gone or moved to the back office. There aren't any toys, etc but we take our own anyway. My son loves her!
Pediatrician is great...office not so much Dr. Thampy is a great pediatrician. She answers any question that I have. What I dont like about the office is that it does not look like a pediatricians office. There are absolutely no toys, I always have to take something to entertain my daughter. Also, the staff isn't always friendly.
Really makes you feel comfortable! Dr. Thampy is wonderful! She is so friendly and great with my children. She really cares for her patients and respects their needs and concerns! All of her staff is great and I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!
