Dr Srivastava listens to any concerns I may have. He is very smart and treats me well.
Unlike some reviews I've seen, I had a very positive experience with the Northwest Medical staff. Dr. Srivastava was a different story. I saw he had mixed reviews but took the appointment because I've been waiting ages for a primary care appointment.He seemed annoyed that I wanted to tell him the symptoms that I came in to talk about, which have kept me out of work for the past couple years. I had a followup visit with Dr. Srivastava and found him easy to converse with, thorough in his questions and answers and knowledgeable.
Please read other reviews, Under Google and his staff are deplorable. They will yell at you if you question their professional behavior. Especially when their automated system has incorrect information about your copays. ($100. I paid to see my primary care). My health insurance directed me not to pay them more than $5. Attentive and caring. Listens and asks good questions.
I would NEVER recommend this doctor, especially for the elderly. Both my parents needed a chest x-Ray because of issues and instead of a referral, he said “go to urgent care.” My dad is 83 and receives an infusion every other week and should never be exposed to an ER or urgent care. dr. srivastava has been caring for me for 10+ years and i have always felt the way he practices medicine is top notch. i feel fortunate to be in his care.
The initial visit was great. I came with two years of blood work records in hand. We talked for half an hour
Excellent. He always listens and answers my concerns. I never feel rushed. He is compassionate and kind. I am very satisfied with Dr. Srivastava.
