Timrliness, the wait to see the doctor is too long
The entire office was very fast and efficient. There was no waiting time. Dr. Bhogaraju was very clear about my condition and my treatment plan. He was very positive about the outcome. He entertained all my questions every time I saw him.
The same day my internist received my scary results back from the lab, he called and made an immediate appointment for me to see Dr. B (which is what everyone calls him). It was terrifying to know that I needed an oncologist at all, but he was kind and soft-spoken and put me at ease immediately, explaining what was going on inside me and how he planned to treat it. Dr. "B" as he is often referred to as is a great doctor. He always has through answers and tells it like it is.
Dr. "B" came highly recommended to me, and am so glad that he's my doctor. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, patient to explain and answer any questions thoroughly.
