Anika truely is one of a kind, very professional with healing hands! I went to Anika with a soft tissue shoulder injury and she worked her magic to full recovery. Also worked on my lower back and releasing my glutes, she has changed my day to day being able to feel great and move freely in my body. I came to see Anika for a grade two to three anterior shoulder/pec tear. I couldn't move my shoulder or arm at all. Anika worked through my shoulder slowly and eased the restriction. I couldn't believe the relief and movement that I felt immediately. By days 2-3, I had most of the movement back and swelling had reduced immensely. The second treatment was a game changer,90% improvement thanks to Anika!
I suffered backpain for 2-3 years. After lots of physio and back exercise but with no good outcome, I decided to see Anika. She did some massage first and then released my muscle points, and it was healed completely in few days later. I was so impressed and very glad that I no longer need to live with pain. I am now a regular :) Thanks Anika.
