I came to see Anika for a grade two to three anterior shoulder/pec tear. I couldn't move my shoulder or arm at all. Anika worked through my shoulder slowly and eased the restriction. I couldn't believe the relief and movement that I felt immediately. By days 2-3, I had most of the movement back and swelling had reduced immensely. The second treatment was a game changer,90% improvement thanks to Anika!
I suffered backpain for 2-3 years. After lots of physio and back exercise but with no good outcome, I decided to see Anika. She did some massage first and then released my muscle points, and it was healed completely in few days later. I was so impressed and very glad that I no longer need to live with pain.
