Best helthcare agency and keep it up :-)
really caring staff
I would give this agency zero stars if that was possible. This agency has extremely poor communication and seems unorganized. Not what you need when seeking in-home nursing care. I strongly urge you to not waste your time with Juma (Director) or this agency if you are in need of in-home support. There are other great agencies out there who will do their very best to find your PCA/CNA/LPN/RN. Work with your county agent to find other reputable agencies and stay away from Anika Home Care.
