We've gone to Anicira for a long time. This morning I carried a paralyzed dog to the Manassas center for care. Did I have an appointment? No. The website says they are an "emergency" center. No where on the website does it say an appointment is needed. Instead of treating me abruptly, it would be better to add something to the website that says an appointment is needed! Correct, I will no be going back. Jay Markanich

My cat recently needed urgent surgery. I called Anicira in Harrisonburg early in the morning and was surprised that they could do the surgery that same day. The entire staff was extremely kind and caring. I am so thankful that they found time in their busy schedule to help my cat.

I have a Chihuahua that goes absolutely everywhere with me. I love her more than I do most people and I hate to have her out of my sight. That said, I trust the staff at Anicira with her 100%. There is no doubt in my mind that she is safe with them and that they genuinely care about her. Anicira was also my Vet for two older Beagles-Mix siblings that had been with me for many years already when I moved to the Harrisonburg area. They have dropped two of my cats out of their program and refused a third. All because I disagreed with a policy, Isn't this America. Don't I have the right to free speech. I didn't use foul language. I just said they should have inform us. Which they did and I forgot because I have problems with memory since I have had chemo. But to lock someone out because of disagreeing with you. Doesn't seem like they care too much for your animals. And when they have them out of your sight. How are they treating them.
