Dr. Lopez and his staff are just wonderful - they're friendly, yet professional. They explain everything that's happening during the appointment, and genuinely seem to care about me and my well-being. I have been extremely impressed with the entire staff; even the lady that helps with insurance and billing is wonderful and helpful. Oh and one other thing, Dr. Lopez is kind but firm - he won't let me slack on wearing my retainers - and I need that! Highly recommend.
