305 Pennsylvania ave is not up to code. Lakeview residence/apartments has many red flags with fire alarms going off at 1am until 2am. The answering team is highly incompetent and unhelpful regarding any possible emergency. This building is a disaster & management cut many corners just to open to the public with electrical issues and poor property management.
The property manager Kyrra Harrison is a nightmare. Beware while dealing with her she is rude and unprofessional. Causing a bad reputation for the entire company.
Kyrra was really helpful. Newly built and affordable, highly recommended.
