This company is horrible!! Beautiful homes until you need maintenance they charge you for things that aren’t in the lease or in an email!! I was charge because my air conditioner drain was clogged, but it was already clogged when I moved into the place! I did my part changing the filter to a better one then they had initially and pouring Clorox and warm water down the drain like I was supposed to changed the batteries on the thermostat. The air conditioner stopped working and needed service after a few months of being here. ... read more
I would have given a 5 star! But it’s only been one month I have been a tenant and it has been an absolute delight! Although I was initially skeptical about the new facility, Ms. Dey, our exceptional property manager, has truly impressed me! She is remarkably efficient and attentive to requests, creating a hotel-like experience that surpasses my expectations! As a simple guest suggestion, I hope that the main lobby will be decorated to match the remarkable space, incorporating some ambiance to elevate the overall atmosphere.... read more
