What just happened? My eye exam started out just fine, but when I started to ask questions about my eye health that wasn’t on the chart she was showing me, Dr. Jibben’s tone quickly changed. She became condescending and rude. She had a tell and not ask approach that was dismissive and arrogant. Her argumentative and lecturing approach when we walked to the billing table was unprofessional and overly dramatic.
