My friend and I visited today to get threading and our nails done, but we were quite disappointed with both services. The person who did my threading didn’t seem to understand or follow what I asked for. I specifically told him to only remove the extra hairs around my eyebrows, but he made them so thin that they now look like lines on my forehead. I’m really uncomfortable with the result. I came in for a simple acrylic nail removal, and I left with my natural nails more damaged than when I walked in. The tech didn’t even bother soaking my nails in acetone. Instead, she went straight in with the drill the entire time — aggressively and nonstop. After she said she was done, I washed my hands and could clearly see patches of acrylic still stuck on multiple nails.
