Placed an online reservation that they knew nothing about. I showed them my confirmation email and I was told I would have to wait for a table. I asked to speak with the manager and an older gentleman came out. He spoke to the hostess and left without saying a word to us and we were seated. Waited 15 minutes for server to take our drink orders. Our steaks arrived cooked well done when we ordered medium. Overpriced steaks that taste terrible, poor service and unprofessional manager. Poorly run establishment.
I would compare the quality to a Western Sizzlin Steakhouse but pricier.
