I have had great experiences in the past, but was very underwhelmed with my recent visits. Nicole “served” me, yet it felt like I was a major inconvenience, she was incredibly rude.
Sascha was very helpfull in showing me the Seiko watches and pulling up the specifications. Ended up with a watch I’m very happy with for a great price!
Recently had a great experience with the lovely manager Julie at the joondalup store. My husband and I went in to purchase wedding bands and she did a fantastic job making me feel seen and specially ordered my ring in the gold I asked for, also giving her professional opinion on what suited my engagement ring best. She was very knowledgeable about her diamonds as my husband had her order my engagement ring some time earlier, explaining the difference in quality diamond . Thank you!
Unreal service
