These products are poor quality and over priced. Falling apart less than 2 years old and poor service from the Joondalup store. Will not be purchasing anything else from them or their affiliates.

Just want to recognise Lisa for an incredible buying experience over the last 2 months. Found an incredible engagement ring that we needed to be sent way to change the band from white gold to yellow gold and Lisa always updated me on the status of the ring and made sure I got the ring in time for my proposal date. The ring went from amazing to incredible when it came into the shop. Thankyou again Lisa for your service! I have a very happy fiancé and look forward to coming back next time ☺️

My family and i have bought a few things from this store before. However today I found the lady behind the counter really rude. I felt like she didn't want to serve me and acted like I couldn't afford what I was looking at. Really upsetting. Won't be here again.

Love this store! Julie and Tina are always so helpful and have gone out of their way for me on a number of occasions. The products are lovely, varied and good quality. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
