Bad customer service
I recently bought a Seiko prospex. Layla and the manager assisted me with the selection and fitting. Their help made the experience exceptional. I will definitely be back.
Good prices on watches. But no original box with watches. One of the watches I purchased was "squashed in" in a box that was for a smaller watch. In addition, the logo on the box flaked off and my bag/watch was covered in this glitter like material.
