I purchased two brand-new watch from this store. One unfortunately had a severe timing defect right out of the box (gaining over 2 minutes a day). When I brought it back, the staff completely refused to offer a refund or an immediate replacement for an identical unit in stock. Instead, they insisted on sending it away for a 2-to-4-week repair process. Under the Australian Consumer Law, retailers must provide a repair within a reasonable timeframe.
