Served by operator 116122 at 16.14 today - would have loved to have the name of the girl that served us. We stood waiting at the counter for atleast 15 minutes and watched customers who came after us get served. This girl made eye contact twice and ignored me, before I confronted her and asked to be served. Older lady serving another customer sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked to be served.
