Great place. If I lived here this would be my go to place. From service to food to the atmosphere Angry Owl is one of the best places to eat in El Paso. Bartenders Jordan and Erica we're very hospitable, and the kitchen manager was awesome. Definitely recommend!
I was disappointed this evening. The celery, potato and carrots were hard in my abondigas soup. ��
