Beyond disappointed in the customer service. Maria is by far the most clueless untrained employee I’ve dealt with . Multiple times telling me it’s my fault things aren’t ready with a bulk order I placed because I didn’t call ahead and remind them what time I was coming. The first two times I did call Maria hung up on me twice simply because “no one taught her how to use the phone” . Please better train your employees.

Never has enough alfalfa cubes in stock. They always have an excuse. Poor customer service.

Thank you to the young lady that helped my 75 year old father load the toolbox he purchased today for the back of his truck. Seems like there was NOT ONE worker willing to help, other than this cashier. So disappointed. Did I mention dad walks with a cane? Shameful.
Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Employees are incompetent and unhelpful.
I've given this place multiple chances. The employees are rude and not knowledgeable about any aspects of the store and will not ask if there is anything that they can help you find. The prices are also not competitive at all. My money will continue to go to Angleton Feed Supply and Lake Hardware.
