I called to inquire about availability. I'm of the mindset that any business arrangement must be built on trust and communication. I asked two simple questions in order to try establishing rapport: "How are you doing today?" To which I received a very attitude filled, "Okay." When I asked the person who answered the phone something about the weather, they hung up on me. With that level of customer-nonservice, I will take my business elsewhere.

I do not recommend renting here. Damaged the most expensive from Arhaus I had in storage and did not reimburse me for it. Instead he wanted to reframe it as if he could have the exact frame on my picture. He told me he was not reimbursing me for it. Even though I told him I would find the receipt and did not believe me on how much I had paid for the art.
