I do not recommend renting here. Damaged the most expensive from Arhaus I had in storage and did not reimburse me for it. Instead he wanted to reframe it as if he could have the exact frame on my picture. He told me he was not reimbursing me for it. Even though I told him I would find the receipt and did not believe me on how much I had paid for the art.
Wonderful storage
I had storage with them for years but, they neglected to tell me they raised prices without letting anyone know. They charged my card without my knowledge and the only way they gave me the money back was if I let them have $100 for the inconvenience of them giving my money back that I NEVER authorized them to take. If you store with them be careful of all the charges and make sure you check your bank account regularly to see if they took money without your knowledge.
