Have stayed here before and have recommended them on many occasions, but not anymore! Absolutely the worst customer service. If you have have people coming in on different flights, they only offer you one complimentary shuttle to and from the airport per room. which is a big 4 miles away. We met our son and grandson in Jackson for a snowmobile trip and had them meet us there since we were coming in a couple hours later and had already paid for the room. I was reluctant about going to Jackson Hole. I went bc my husband wanted to, it was our 25th Anniversary. I will tell anyone, I had THE BEST time ever!! Rustic Inn was The Best! I will 100% go back!! Thank you for such a great 25th!
Great little bar. Walked to town to eat and shop. We chose being close to city versus the resort ski mountain. The drive is pretty pretty nice!
