I have been a customer of Angler's Edge since May of 2021 when I had them sell my Tracker on consignment and bought a brand new Vexus. My experience has been very positive and EJ and AJ feel like family. I have had some issues with my boat here and there and I will not take my boat anywhere else to have it worked on. I am disappointed with my experience with Angler’s Edge Fish ‘N Play. I purchased my boat from them in 2021 and have used them for all service and maintenance since. While the first year of ownership was positive, communication and customer service steadily declined over time as it became increasingly difficult to get responses from anyone other than the person answering the phone, who would simply take a message.
