Stopped in to buy a strap for the boat and was greeted by a younger kid that was very friendly, neither of us knew what we needed, while we were looking a older guy came from the parts area and asked what we were looking for , I told him , he asked what style I said I'm not sure , the boat is out front if that helps , he got a huge attitude and said he does not have time for this !!! Lol stay in the back next time and don't approach them and ask if they need help if your that busy.
Extremely helpful they will put new line on your spool for you for a $5 charge for those of us who aren't very knowledgeable on the whole thing and just want fish for some bluegill and have some fun outdoors they recommend changing your line about every 3 years so I'm good for awhile. It's also $5 to remove old line but you can save that by removing it before you go.just don't try to have it done between noon and two he gets very busy and can't do it.
