This is the worst insurance that has ever existed. I was on it temporarily with a job switch. They had no issues covering prescriptions but every single doctors appointment my family had that month kicked back an eligibility issue. It has been over 3 months and they still havent paid anything, still are working with the "Eligibility" team and cannot tell me when or how this will be fixed. I have to repeatedly submit the same documentation over and over and keep getting bills and now im getting final notices. They cant get it... read more

The worst insurance I’ve ever had. They didn’t automatically cover part of a bill that should be covered. Told me I need to contact the hospital to approve them access. Never had anything like this happen with other insurance. Now it’s saying I’m not covered at all at the pharmacy. I have my member card and info yet says I’m not one.

Our company had Angle for less than a year. We couldn't wait to find a new insurance provider almost as soon as we signed up. It would take months of fighting them to approve a simple appt and cover the cost after denying the claim even though it should have been covered - and yes I'm 100% sure it should have been covered. Our entire team experienced this. Use ANY company but this one

RUN A WAY as fast as you can from them , they ghost clients and potental clients, miss lead you or lie to your face. They do not listen to your needs and wishes as the costumer. Joni is the ablsolute worst. If they know they have lied to your face they will ghost you for weeks at a time. Then they wonder why your unhappy with their support system. They have excellent insurance but it is not worth dealing with the poor overall customer service and sad excuse of service this company provides.

I have had to call on almost every EOB. Very nice customer service but the company can’t seem to get it right. My deductible was met but they restarted it near the end of the year making everything my responsibility again when I had met my deductible. Nothing adds up and their app isn’t useful. This year my deductible was met and I fear that it has restarted again since on the app it shows I’m back to $0.00. I feel like I talk to customer service more than my own family! Would not recommend!
