Horrible! I ordered a corsage for myself for my daughter's quincenera. The mass was at 1, my husband stopped by at 12:15 to pick it up on the way to church and they didn't have it. I got a call after 12:30 to tell me they has it and would deliver it at no additional cost to us. What? We went to pick it up and it wasn't ready, how are they going to try to offer us delivery at no extra cost? It was to late by then.
