very tacky. I literally showed the lady the video of how to do the twist. She tried to tell me I bought the wrong hair and I told her I bought the hair in the video and the hair was specifically for twists. The style had no defined twist, it just looked extremely tacky. I told her I wanted medium twist but when she got to the front she put micro twist in my hair. When I told her I did not want small twist in the front because it will pull out my edges.
