I do not recommend her. You will be playing catch up with her. I took her as a recommendation and regret it so much. We have only seen her once through this entire process, this should say a lot! She traps you in by having you put a higher deposit down, claiming it will show the buyer your serious increase your chances of getting the home. in reality its to tie you down with her as your realtor, because if you choose to walk away you lose your money too. If you're selling your home, do not use this realtor if she contracts to represent both the seller and the buyer. You may well experience a quick turnaround alright, but you'll also find her to far more represent the buyer for your home than you as the seller in my opinion. Take very close note of the terms of any realtor sales contract, particularly the percentage pre-handwritten in by the realtor, in my case 10%, constituting the equivalent in any offers falling within that amount compared to your asking price that you mus... read more
