The manager at this Angie’s Pizza location was completely unprofessional. We ordered our pizza at 4:40 PM, and after waiting an hour, we called the store for an update. We were told the original pizza had been burned in the oven and that a replacement would be out within 5–10 minutes. When we called back 30 minutes later because we still had not received it, we had to speak with a representative twice before finally getting the manager on the phone. Ordered for delivery, it never arrived when we called after an hour they said - sorry the driver is out making two deliveries and will come back to get your order so it’s already been sitting for over an hour never arrived

The Pizza here tasted like cardboard with the sauce and cheese barely having any taste to it. The old lunch ladies at my high school could make a better pizza than the people who work here…

If this place is out of something for delivery, instead of informing you they just decide to replace it. So last time for example, they gave us three orders worth of jalapeno poppers instead of what we actually ordered. We had no issues with the Columbus location, but now we moved and this place is such a mess that we will not be ordering from here anymore.
