my step daughter called to have you come out and euthanize her sick dog. The appointment was for 6pm and you didn't show up. Her dog passed she called to cancel because you didn't show up and you still charged her $385. Ridiculous.
RecommendedWhen we knew it was time to say goodbye to our sweet Canela Girl, we used Angel's Paws. The owner and staff were very compassionate and made sure the whole process was as beautiful as our sweet girl. Our private ceremony was truly very special. They understand what it means to love our fur babies and what is needed to keep them with us always. I am grateful for the service that was provided.
Nan and Dr. Lesley were a blessing for me on that tough day. Dr. Lesley was so kind and compassionate. Two things I loved about Dr. Lesley: she wanted to know about Shay. Talking about my baby put me in a calmer state of mind. The second, she attended to my Rottie, Gunner, while I was cuddling with Shay. Gunner adores Shay. Angel's Paws has such a caring, sympathetic, accommodating staff. Nan & Rebecca made this difficult process as easy as possible. It is very hard to go through, but letting your pet stay home rather than the dreaded trip to the vet seems like the best last gift you can give him. I will recommend Angel's Paws to all who are at that time with their pet.
What a blessing! I could never imagine something so right for our Jack. He hated the vet and being able to give him this made us feel so much better during this horrible time. And Dr. Kate is truly a walking angel!
Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the services this company provides. I called this morning and they were very accommodating to my sweet old man Midnight. We found out he’s been suffering with bone cancer so we knew it was time. Dr. Kate was the sweetest and most understanding, she made Midnight feel as comfortable and peaceful as he could of ever been. I cannot begin to convey how comforting it is to know your pet does not have to go for a last ride to the vets office. It's hard for everyone, maybe impossible for some. The caring and compassionate staff is truely a blessing and really do everything they can for your pets comfort in their time of need.
I cannot thank you enough for your genuine concern. Your endless efforts to meet our needs with very little notice and your true compassion and professionalism. The passing of a pet is heart wrenching, but going through it with the support of Angel’s Paws made it so much easier. We had to say goodbye to Rooster one of our family dogs this week, and I cannot say enough good things about the care we received. From the first call we made to every last detail of the experience there was compassion and kindness. He was treated with respect through every step and I truly appreciate it all. Thank you to this team for handling what was a terribly sad moment for us with such a gentleness.
