Generally, AOC is an excellent agency. Everyone seems to care about their work and the patients. The reason that I couldn't give 5 stars is because the agency from the management down are lacking in people skills. Staff have much more influence over the behavior of their patients than they realize. In the previous sentence, I started to use the word "control." Worst company. Exploiting the elderly to get free stuff. Emptied my mother’s closets and drawers before we could get there to sort through what my siblings and I wanted first. They smoke in the house, sit on their butts and have zero character. We are devastated and AOC won’t do anything to help…. Even though it’s against policy for them to take ANYTHING.

Called every week since the 31st of January about my W2 kept getting told 2 to 3 business days it's been 2 weeks and nothing got hung up on today absolutely rude to me on the phone.
