I was convinced that this would be a good agency as other ones have been unsatisfactory. I brought my own aide with me to this agency. However, they have been unable to staff The weekends and I have been left home alone more times than I can count.. My main aid can have an emergency or get sick. And angels in call will send no one in her place. I tell the agency that I'm hungry. I'm thirsty and I need my medication, and no one is here to help me. Just terrible. They offered me one open shift and because I wasn’t available to work that shift they Deactivated my account and told me that I was an eligible to apply again to reactivate it. They offer them at the last minute I’m a single mom and I have two kids and sometimes I’m not able to work the times they offer
