AOC I'm in agreement with Ryan you need to think more about the patient more than your own pocket you hire these young girls with no experience instead of someone who has years of experience in healthcare in a patients care notes your CNAs should be able to follow all of their task not just some
I am the boyfriend of an amazing special needs mom and her son is probably the easiest case ever yet she struggles with having nursing care for him 5 out of 7 days, evenings, and weekends... AOC you need to get you act together and handle schedules like professionals instead of like a bunch of teenagers! How can she need fulltime care but only get care for the hours she works? Shameful and outside of having a single nurse who is a GOD SEND all the rest have been lazy and call out more times then they are here.
