I love this shop! It feels like luxury from the moment you walk in. They took great care of me for my mani/pedi. It came out perfect and the experience was top tier, the massage was amazing and so was the customer service. Definitely one of my favorite salons.
I was really disappointed with my first visit. The salon interior is beautiful, but the service didn’t meet expectations. I had a 2 PM appointment and arrived early, but still had to wait nearly 30 minutes with no explanation. When the service finally started, the technician barely spoke to me and was very rough with my nails. The place is nice and clean, but the lady in the front desk give me price when I was about to Pay. She changed the amount over changed me plus forced to tip. They talk in there language very uncomfortable feeling not knowing . I would not recommend this place after this experience or please make sure they don't over charge as the mentioned the beginning.
I came in as a walk in and was so happy with this place after I was done! Kim did my nails and Anna did my toes. Kim was very focus on making sure my nails were perfect, I loved every detail she did to make them perfect. Anna was such a sweet women, she made sure she got me right! I’m very happy with this service, I’ll be back :)
I’ve only been here twice and have no plans to come back. The first time I got a basic gel pedicure and had a pretty good experience. Most recently I got a deluxe green tea pedicure and left wondering why I spent more money on a pedicure that was significantly worse than a basic. The ten minute massage was nothing more than getting lotion rubbed on my feet for longer than needed, and not an actual massage.
