I had an appointment at 4:30 that I booked the day before. I arrived and at 5:30 I was still waiting. No one even let me know that they were running behind and there was still other ladies waiting too. Why allow appointments and be so behind on them. I would have appreciated some acknowledgement of at least how far behind they were. I left. This was my first time trying them out based on reviews, but never again.
As soon as i walked in: “check back later we’re too busy” there were two people getting their feet done and one woman in the waiting chair. i said “what time” she said “i don’t know just check back later”…lil girl…anyway they need to shut down if they can’t run business or don’t have enough employees i have never been told that before. I usually get told to sit and wait but as soon as i walked in? what in the world…
