I’ve been going to this salon for quite a while, but unfortunately I won’t be returning due to the poor customer service I experienced recently. I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment because of traffic on the highway when I received a call from Julie asking if I was still coming. I explained that I was only a couple of minutes away and stuck in traffic, and her response was, “Well, you could’ve called, I could’ve gone home” which she said with noticeable attitude which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwante... read more
