The office is clean. The wait isn't usually very long. The only complaint is the answering service, if I miss a call from the office and call back, it sends me to their answering service. Sometimes I'll get caught in a day-long loop of missing calls from the office, calling back to leave a message for the answering service, to give to the office, to call me back.
