I've been a nurse for 38 years and had this agency come to our home for my disabled brothers needs. NEVER have I experienced being hung up on by administration. Do NOT DEAL with this company unless you want added stress to you wanting to care for your loved ones. It's my professional opinion that they should not be in business.
