Very frustrated with the flippant way the Medical and Financial POA paperwork is being handled by them. There is a reason for them for BOTH parents, yet they deem it necessary to bypass us. The first time around we used them they were fine. This time? Not impressed at all. Their lack of professionalism is the home visits beforehand adds to this experience. Dress code should be professional not very casual.

I'd give a zero if I could. We're new but so far, it has been over a week of them promising to send people out to evaluate & they drop the ball! I have to so all the work of chasing them to do their job!! I'm ready to call insurance & doctor's office to let the m know NOTHING is being done so this is a waste of time! I hope other patients are treated better!

This company is corrupt. They work like a pyramid scheme. Want all patients on hospice whether they are appropriate or not. Stay away from this unethical company

This agency is not going to take care of your senior citizens. Their nurse turned us into Adult Protective services because I didn’t have someone at my home during the day to monitor mom during the working day. They overstep their boundaries. What they want is to control how you live!
