Uhh I went in today to get my hair Platnium blonde ended up spending $200 on my hair which is shoulder length and already blonde just roots needed to be bleached again and my hair made to be Platnium blonde . I asked for more darker hair and chunky highlights only a few of them like the picture I kept showing her the picture is how I wanted it she told me she could do it but she just did regular highlights on me . I still had to pay 300$ for something I didn’t want . When I brought up it wasn’t how I wanted she didn’t try to help the situation.
