When my dad was released from hospital and needed 24 hr home care immediately, they worked swiftly with me being 1300 miles away to get him care within hours. As he improved, they worked with me to reduce daily hours while continuing to provide consistent caregivers. So dad did not need to adjust to strangers. My family hired this company to help transition my grandma coming home. They sent us the same caregiver, which was nice. She was very helpful.

Do not hire this company! In the 9 days I had their services, for my mother, they were only on time 3 of them. I had requested women care workers only, one day they sent a man, then when I contacted them they said no one else would be out. Finally when a care worker showed up 25 minutes late, then fell asleep 20 minutes later, I discontinued their services. They just do not have sufficient/appropriate staff.
