It’s a medical conveyor belt. Over booked, frazzled care. Hours wait. Rude office staff. Dirty, and the building is not safe.
He is cold and nasty. Doesn't seem to care about patients. He cares about getting paid for nothing Bad place if you need a good and caring allergists. Not good at all
Has no patient empathy at all. Would not recommend.
Dr k over bills his clients and the insurance company. My insurance company has advised me to place the complaint. They over billed for two visits when he was only seen once by this insurance. If I did not look at my insurance billing statements I would not have known
I just LOVE Dr. Koutsonikolis! He is thorough, great bed-side manner, allows patient time to speak and ask questions. I wish all of my doctors were like Dr. K!!! I highly recommend him!
My son gets allergy shots. Dr. K is very friendly. When we go to get shots we always see him and he always asks how we are doing when we bump into him the hall. Very personable. A rare find today. Would recommend and have to anyone.
I felt like my experiences and opinions mattered to him, and he took them into consideration when deciding how to treat my son. Basically, I wanted to hug him before we left.
