Gave me an appraisal that was lower than the cost of building my house, had to do a reconsideration of value on the house and new appraisal that was $70,000 more than her low-ball appraisal. Really how can compare my brand new house on the water of a private lake to a 14 year old 600 square foot smaller house a block from the water and make no adjustment.
