Dr. Luzzi and his residents were very resourceful, courteous and very knowledgeable. This was a very pleasant office experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Luzzi to my friends and Family
Dr Luzzi and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly to patients. My experience was a very positive one. I would recommend this doctor, he spent time with me and his residents are also very knowledgeable in their field. He gets a thumbs up from me.
Horrible experience, staff is ignorant and lost. Showed up for 3:30 appointment and waited 25 minutes before the absolutely lost abdcinefficent clerk called me to not go in but fill out sone papers watched her state st two files eslk around her ate moving coffee cup ftonone place to another and make a copy before she could acknowledge me. He is a nice guy but I just walked out there were fuce more ahead of me. Tokd tgem cskk.me back if he wants to be my doctor, still haven't heard any thing.
I waited over an hour to get into the examination room with no explanation for the wait. Once in, I see a resident, NOT THE DOCTOR. While the resident was polite, he had zero clue as to how to diagnose a growth I had for the last 5 months, mumbled something about it healing on its own and to come back in two weeks (?) if it didn’t go away. The medical assistants were very pleasant. It appears the practice caters to elderly patients with regular foot issues, anything exotic is a waste of time.
Worse experience with a doctor and his office.
Dr Luzzi and staff are great. Ease of mind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. The interns are also knowledgeable, friendly and informative! Great experience. Can't wait to walk again and wear heals!-- Happy New YEAR
