I am a new patient of Dr. Brown. I have anxiety with doctors typically, but Dr. Brown was so welcoming it was as if I was speaking to a friend. I will be keeping all appointments.
I think that he’s one of the best doctors on the planet. They let you know when you make your appointment that you may have to wait. The wait didn’t bother me at all.
Saw doctor in hospital, great guy, agreed to care for daughter in office. Unfortunately, couldn’t get an appointment for 3 months. Discharged without orders for some home health supplies. Office staff made no attempt to work with us because she was considered a NEW PATIENT (even though she was seen in the hospital). Dr. Alzeidan is one of, if not the best doctor I've ever been to. He truly cares and goes above and beyond. His staff on the other is another story. The rudest, cold hearted staff I have come across. Everything is difficult for them. They are dry and have attitudes on the phone and in person. I'm sorry I need to make an appointment or get a prescription refill...
